Leadership Program for Milking
As employees move up into leadership roles, they also need to continue growing their technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to inspire their teams to unleash their full potential. This 2-day program includes hands-on activities, peer interaction, real dairy scenarios, and an opportunity to put concepts into practice. The program is offered 2 times a year at 2 different locations. Developed and facilitated by Elsie Gonzalez (Motiva Consulting) and Carolina Pinzon (Forte Dairy Consulting).

Strong Dairy Leadership Program
The Strong Dairy Leadership Program offers a comprehensive leadership development program inspired by the strategies used by high-performing dairy managers to inspire top performance among their team members. These strategies that emphasize emotional management, communication, feedback, training, and accountability are illustrated with real dairy scenarios and can be implemented right away. This small group program is designed for employees in leadership positions, such as managers, herdsmen, shift leaders, or farms looking to elevate their team.
Coaching
Unlock your dairy team's full potential with our personalized coaching program. Designed exclusively for dairy managers, we offer seven transformative one-on-one sessions across a focused 6-month period. Each 1.5-hour session can be held in person or via Zoom, tailored to your schedule. But our support doesn’t end there. Benefit from unlimited phone calls and regular follow-up communications to track your progress and hold you accountable. Between sessions, concrete action steps and assignments keep your development on track. Offered bilingually in English and Spanish, ensures that you're not just managing, but leading.
Latino Dairy Managers Network
Unique opportunity for dairy employees in leadership positions to connect and learn from other dairy managers and agribusiness professionals. In Spanish. Only for participants that are part of or have completed any of our Leadership Programs or Coaching. The group meets 3 times a year.
