Meet Elsie González

Founder, Motiva Dairy Consulting

I'm Elsie González, and for more than 13 years, I've been working with Wisconsin dairies. I launched Motiva in 2015, with a clear vision: to help dairy operations in their journey to reach their full potential. How do we make that happen? By building strong, efficient systems, fine-tuning processes, and offering empowering training and personalized coaching for your team. 

Back in 2018, I co-created something I'm incredibly proud of – the Leadership Program for Milking. Tailored especially for our Spanish-speaking dairy managers, this 2-day course has already shaped the journeys of over 170 dairy managers in the Mid-West.

Before launching Motiva, I had the privilege of wearing many hats that enriched my journey. From working with the USDA-NRCS and the UW-Extension, to teaching at the UW-Madison Farm & Industry Short Course, each experience has been a stepping stone that enriched my skill set and fueled my passion.

My academic roots trace back to the University of Puerto Rico, where I earned my Bachelor's and Master's in Animal Science. And I'm currently diving into a Doctorate degree, specializing in Organizational Leadership Development.

Originally a Puerto Rico native, I've found my second home in West Bend, WI, where I share laughs, dreams, and everyday adventures with my husband and our two boys.
